1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sonic Broadcast. By accessing our signals, digital interfaces, or satellite relay services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement. Your interaction with the platform constitutes a complete and irrevocable acceptance of these operating protocols.

Sonic Broadcast reserves the right to modulate these terms at any frequency. Continued synchronization with our services after such modifications serves as acknowledgment of the updated signal parameters.

2. Transmission Conduct

Prohibited Frequency Usage

Signal jamming or infrastructure interference
Unsolicited commercial broadcasting
Automated packet injection (botting)

Account Integrity

Maintain unique biometric/password keys
Immediate reporting of signal leakage
One terminal node per human entity

3. Intellectual Signal Rights

Information You Provide

All waveform data, UI architecture, proprietary broadcast algorithms, and visual assets are the exclusive property of Sonic Broadcast. We grant a limited, revocable license to "Receive" only.

Decryption, reverse-engineering of the broadcast stream, or unauthorized re-transmission is strictly prohibited under global digital maritime laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

"Signals are provided on an 'as-propagated' basis."

Sonic Broadcast is not responsible for any sensory overload, temporal drift, or hardware malfunctions resulting from the high- frequency nature of our broadcasts. We do not guarantee 99.9% signal uptime during geomagnetic storms or terrestrial power fluctuations.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Sonic Broadcast exceed the amount of credits paid by the user in the preceding 30 solar days.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Digital Communications Jurisdiction of the International Signal Board. Any disputes shall be resolved through binary arbitration in a secure virtual court environment.
